House Renovations
During the year I help my family renovate houses throughout the Pacific Northwest area. This is the most recent house we renovated in the beautiful city of Port Orchard. My work varied throughout the property including land clearing, tiling, plumbing (repair and installation), painting and finishing work.
One of my major contributions to this house was the planning and creation of a 3rd bathroom on the second floor of the home. My brother and I took an empty hallway and transformed it into a full sized bathroom. I assisted with all parts of the bathroom work including demolition, the creation of a new wall with a door, tiling (both the walls and floor), installation of new fixtures. I was solely responsible for the plumbing of the bathroom, which including repairing an existing waste pipe, installing new water pipes and a new waste pipe to connect to the main waste pipe under the house.
